By using the SBTI Personality Test website ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language because we believe you should actually be able to read and understand them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Service.

The SBTI personality test is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a professional psychological assessment.

SBTI is not developed, endorsed, or validated by licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or clinical researchers. The personality types and descriptions on this site are based on internet-culture-derived behavioral observations and should not be used to make clinical, medical, employment, legal, or other consequential decisions about yourself or others. For professional psychological assessment or mental health support, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

Personality tests of any kind — including professionally validated instruments — are simplifications of complex human psychology. SBTI makes no claim to definitively categorize or fully describe any person. Your result is a starting point for reflection, not a verdict.

Use of Service

You may use the SBTI Personality Test for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes taking the test, sharing your results, reading type descriptions, and linking to pages on this site.

You may not:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site content without permission
  • Use automated tools to mass-generate or harvest test results
  • Represent the SBTI test results as professionally validated psychological assessments
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these terms or who use the Service in ways that are harmful to others or to the site itself.

Premium Reports & Payments

The basic SBTI personality test and your type result are free. We offer an optional premium report ($9.99, one-time purchase) that provides detailed dimension analysis, compatibility insights, and personalized guidance.

What You Get

A premium report includes: personality overview with rarity data, five-model profile analysis, 15-dimension deep dive, social superpowers, survival guide, and compatibility report. This content is personalized based on your individual test scores.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all financial transactions, tax calculation, and payment compliance. We do not store or process your payment information directly.

Access & Delivery

Your premium report is delivered instantly after payment. Access is provided via a unique token stored in your browser. You can also recover access through the purchase confirmation link sent to the email provided during checkout. Reports are tied to a specific test session and personality result.

Refund Policy

7-day refund, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with your premium report for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund via Creem.io. No explanation required.

After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case for technical issues (e.g., payment completed but report not delivered). Reports are digital content delivered instantly, so we can't undo delivery — but within the 7-day window, that doesn't matter.

All refund requests are processed through Creem.io. If you believe you were charged in error, you may also contact Creem's support directly.

Intellectual Property

The SBTI framework, including the personality type names, codes, and general system structure, originated within the Chinese online community and content creator ecosystem. We do not claim ownership of the SBTI framework itself.

The specific written content on this site — including personality descriptions, question wording, trait analyses, blog articles, and other original text — is the intellectual property of the site operators. You may quote short passages with attribution but may not reproduce full descriptions or articles without written permission.

The site design, code, and structure are original works. The Next.js framework and other open-source libraries used are governed by their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the personality descriptions or test results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to decisions made based on personality test results, loss of data, or any other harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be handled in good faith through direct communication before any formal legal process is considered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
